I've found my furever family!

Meet Ariel – your new best friend! Ariel is a beautiful, 2 year old shepherd mix with a unique and heartwarming story. Ariel is originally from Kuwait, where she lived on the streets with many other dogs. She was rescued, and travelled all the way to our rescue in South Carolina, and now she's searching for her forever home! Here's what her foster has to say:

"She is a very sweet girl. It took her a little while to get comfortable and warmed up to me, but once she was, she took very well to training and is starting to learn and listen to more of the basics (sit, lay down, paw, come, and kennel). She is somewhat scared of her kennel though, so I’ve been working on making her more comfortable willingly going in there. She can be a bit vocal and gives small cries to let you know she wants to go outside or she cries when she sees another dog because she wants to play, it's very cute. She loves to lay on the couch or bed and she also likes to watch TV. She sometimes goes off independently by herself but more than likely she will stay with you wherever you go. Her favorite treat that I use for training is small bits of chicken. She does have around a small-medium energy level and loves playing with other dogs. She loves to get petted and has the zoomies right after she cuddles you."
