I'm ready for my new family!

Meet Gretchen, a resilient hound mix estimated to be 7-10 years old. This sweet female was brought into a local shelter as a stray and has had a tough life. Final Victory has committed to finding this sweet girl a home where she can live a comfortable life that she may have never known before. Gretchen has endured endless litters of puppies as well as many hardships as a stray and her health has suffered as a result. Her teeth are mostly gone, making eating a true hardship. Her coat and skin are in poor condition. She also has multiple tumors, no tail, large callouses from sleeping only on hard ground, is super thin, and has ear infections. Despite all these challenges, Gretchen remains a LOVING and GENTLE soul, and she deserves a chance to spend her remaining years in a loving and caring home. She is currently thriving in a foster home. Here is what her foster has to say about her:

"Gretchen is very sweet and very well behaved. She is older and she is somewhat sedentary, but she is fully house trained, and she is absolutely no problem whatsoever. She very much enjoys her morning walks, and she has a really cool “hound dog” howl first thing in the morning when she’s excited and going for her walk. She does well on a leash, but she will pull if she sees a squirrel!!! She is a very easy-going dog, and does not require a lot of attention."
