Meet Hugo, a 1.5-year-old hound mix who is energetic, playful, and loves to play with toys all day. He is the perfect adventure buddy and would love to join you on long walks, hikes, or any other adventure you have in mind. He is intelligent, loving, silly, and such a good boy! Hugo is thriving in a foster home where he has been perfecting his manners and training. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on a leash. He loves to follow his fosters around the house and keep them company on any adventure, big or small. While Hugo has a spunky and playful personality, he craves snuggles with his people. His foster claims that he thinks he is a lap dog and he always climbs up for some snuggles. He has been described by his foster as "easy" and they said he keeps himself entertained all day with his toys! He gets along well with big dogs but would do best in a home without cats or small dogs. Hugo is an amazing dog, so his adoption fee has been reduced in hopes that it will help him connect with his perfect forever family!
