Meet Ruger! Ruger was found as a stray and is estimated to be between 4 and 5 years old. He’s a sweet boy with a gentle heart, though he can be a little nervous in new environments. With some patience, treats, and a few butt scratches, he quickly warms up and shows his true, affectionate nature. Ruger gets along well with other dogs and loves spending time outdoors. Whether it's running, playing, or just enjoying a good romp in the yard, he's always up for some fun. Once he feels comfortable, Ruger’s playful side really shines, and he’s sure to be a loyal companion to whoever gives him the chance to feel at home. He’s looking for a patient and loving family who will help him continue to blossom in a calm, secure environment.
