I've found my furever family!

Meet Benedict! Benedict was found roaming around as a scared stray covered in ant bites. He howled in relief when he saw a good samaritans dog and ran up to say hi to his furry friend. Benedict now lives with the foster who found him, but he is still looking for his forever home!

Benedict is heart worm negative, around 25 lbs but could gain some weight, and 1-2 years old.

Right now he is shy but very curious. He loves to follow you around and see what you’re up to, and is warming up to being pet and getting ear massages. He would do best with a furry sibling to help him build his confidence.

Benedict rides well in the car, he sleeps in his crate at night and uses it freely for day time naps. We are currently working on house training and leash skills while in foster. A fenced in yard is preferred until he is a more confident pup. Every hour Benedict spends in his foster home he opens up more and more, all he needs is a permanent home to let his true colors shine through!

We promised Benedict that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life. Could that be with you?
