I've found my furever family!

Charlie was surrendered to the local shelter in terrible condition. He had to be shaved down due to severe matting. Charlie is estimated to be 2 years old and he weighs 9 pounds. He was immediately scooped up by Final Victory and went straight to a foster home. He seems to be house trained, crate trained and just an all around great dog. We know it won’t take long to find this sweet little guy a perfect home.  Could that be you?
