I've found my furever family!

This handsome boy is Charlie, a 1.5 year old purebred Boerboel who was surrendered to us due to no fault of his own. Charlie is an active, smart, sweet dog who loves his people more than anything! Charlie does well with other dogs, walks well on a leash, is completely housetrained, and knows many commands. He is protective of his family, and because of that he will need a special adopter willing to train and work with him through his behaviors so he can become the best boy! Charlie has been through a rigorous 4 week board & train course, and has mastered many skills. He is loyal to his family, but very weary of strangers, so consistent training and TLC are a must for this big, beautiful guy. Experienced dog owners are a must for this guy, specifically with Boerboel experience!
