This adorable face is Cooper! This 1.5-year-old mixed breed pup was found as a stray by our manager. He was found with some rough skin and is heartworm positive. He is getting treatments for both and will be a brand new pup in no time. He doesn't let anything get him down! Cooper is such a fantastic, happy pup. He loves being around people and full-on wiggles when you pet him! Cooper loves cats, dogs, and kids as well!
