I've found my furever family!

This precious girl is Manatee, a 10 month old bully mix. We picked up Manatee and 15 other dogs from a rural Florida shelter devastated by hurricanes Helene and Milton, and transported them back to SC to find their final victories. She is a smart, affectionate goofball who is just such a love! Here's what her foster had to say:

"She was the bestest girl! She rode really well in the car, sleeping in the backseat. She walks well on the leash when there’s not a whole lot of stimulating things out like people or cars, otherwise she has a tendency to pull. She energetic but mellows out quickly and is happy to nap in the kitchen while you cook and keep you company. She’s food motivated and I think could be easily trained as she’s eager to please and would adapt well to any situation. She likes men and women, but seems to pull and “talk” when cats are around. She may not know fetch yet but she likes to chase and anything with a squeaker. She’s beautiful inside and out and I’m sure the perfect person will come along and take her home! Best wishes!"
