Meet Mara Largo! This sweet 9-month-old Great Pyrenees is on a journey to find her forever home. While she’s still working on house training and can be a bit skittish outside, she thrives in closed areas like the backyard or dog park for bathroom breaks. Once she warms up to you—usually within a few days—she’ll want to be your best friend, following you from room to room and soaking up all the affection. Mara is great with kids and other dogs, enjoys car rides, and loves to relax at home chewing on her toys. She’s well-behaved in her kennel and prefers to snuggle up with her humans when she sleeps. Currently receiving medicated baths to help her fur grow back, she’s sure to be looking fabulous soon! Mara is also working on her leash manners and overall household etiquette. Despite her past, she has an abundance of love to give and truly deserves a caring, loving family.
