I've found my furever family!

This sweet soul is Penelope, a 10 year old chihuahua who is just the cutest. Penelope came to us from a local shelter, where we saw her tiny self and scooped her up right away. She is now settling into a foster home, being spoiled and loved on all she wants. Penelope does have some hip issues in her older age, but we don't believe it affects her much, and will not need medical attention! This special gal is going to need a special adopter, someone willing to adopt a senior and dote on her like any old lady should be doted on, LOL!

We promised Penelope that the rest of her life, would be the best of her life. Could that be with you?
