I've found my furever family!

This precious boy is Philly, a 1 year old german shepherd who has a heartbreaking story. This poor baby was found by animal control, tied up outside with a cable wrapped around his leg. Unfortunately, his leg was so badly injured that it had to be amputated, so now he's the cutest tripod! Philly is adjusting to 3-legged life just fine, and his bubbly personality and sweet disposition make it seem like he's been through nothing of the horrors he's surely seen! Philly is a sweet, gentle boy who loves other dogs, is thriving in a foster home, and mastering those household manners. Philly is going to make a wonderful family dog for anyone willing to give this boy all the love and patience he deserves!
