I'm ready for my new family!

This perfect angle is Raymond, a 1-3 year old pittie mix who came to us from a local shelter. Raymond was found as a stray, in horrible shape and so pitiful! Despite his condition, this boy is absolutely precious. He is SO sweet and loving and is convinced he is a lap dog. Raymond is medium energy, playful, and does the cutest pittie smile when excited! He has a long road ahead of him, but we are working hard to get him as healthy and happy as we possibly can before his forever family scoops him up! He is thriving in a loving foster home. Here is what his foster has to say about his progress in the home:

"Raymond is continuing to do well. No accidents in the house at all. Left him out of the crate while we grabbed dinner at a local dive. We found him sleeping in the living room on his bed. He has a happy personality that continues to improve over time. He appears to be a collector of toys and not an aggressive player with toys. Loves his walks. He's not pulling as much as he is getting accustomed to the area. He's met dog packs and small dogs and gets along fine with all of them. Very sweet in the house.. but his lack of personal space means he will step on your toes a lot as he tries to convince you he needs more food. Likes pooping in the woods... a good thing. Have not heard his bark yet. Loves belly rubs!"
