I've found my furever family!

This sweet little guy is Stephen! He came to us from another shelter after someone had found him chained up and covered with mange. This handsome mixed breed guy is estimated to be around a year old. Despite his past, little Stephen is just as happy as he can be. He loves treats, blankets, and snuggles! He absolutely loves people and he greets every person with big wiggles and lots of kisses. He is eager to begin his new life with a family that's ready for a big dog personality in a little body.
