I'm ready for my new family!

Meet Sundae! A resilient pup who deserves a loving home. Sundae is around 4-6 years old and 55 lbs. He has spent a long time with animal control, due to no fault of his own. Here is what they have to say about him:

"On January 8th, 2023 Sundae was brought into the shelter after his owner was arrested. Unfortunately we had to hold Sundae as evidence for a court case until he was finally released to us on 8/2/24. Sundae has been with us at animal control for 657 days, due to absolutely no fault of his own.

Everyone at the shelter absolutely LOVES Sundae. Since coming in Sundae has done a complete 180 from the unsocialized dog he was. Sundae walks well on a leash, he absolutely loves going for his daily walks. Sundae gets along well with other dogs when properly introduced and loves female dogs! Sundae however is not good with cats and will chase them. Sundae loves attention, he loves to be pet, brushed, and receiving “oohs and awws” from our volunteers. Sundae is an absolutely incredible dog, and one of my personal favorites."

Sundae is a perfect gentleman, now fully housetrained, leash trained, and knows some basic commands. He is thriving in a foster home and soaking up all the love he can, but he is ready for a permanent family of his very own!
